Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical services projects across multiple business segments, owning proposals, client relationships, and contract negotiations. Drive successful project execution by establishing project procedures, delivering schedule and financial performance, and reporting progress to senior leadership and clients. Manage multidiscipline teams with support from specialists across offices, while continuously handling risks and opportunities throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, pursue, and develop opportunities for innovation that create value for Wood and the client.
•Establish project procedures and prepare the project execution plan.
•Deliver the agreed schedule and financial performance, proactively manage deviations, and report project progress and status to senior management and the client.
•Guide and direct a multidiscipline project team, including external specialists/sub-contractors and staff across multiple offices and sites.
•Continuously manage risks and opportunities and take responsibility for contracts related to the projects.

Key Requirements

•More than 7 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
•Strong understanding of EPCIC project execution, including management, engineering, and procurement.
•Experienced in contract management and negotiations.
•Strong commercial acumen with an analytical and strategic mindset.
•Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian.
