Job Summary

Coordinate cash operations activities within the region for daily planned and emergency services. Support the Operations Manager for Dubai cash operations by ensuring SLA attainment, monitoring route performance, and keeping services and customer inventory on track. Oversee cash-in-transit and ATM/CDM/SCDM and kiosk service delivery, manage customer enquiries and complaints, and resolve operational issues to maintain continuity and compliance with SOPs, safety, and regulatory instructions.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate all cash operations activities within the region and ensure compliance with established SOPs.
•Ensure attainment of agreed SLAs for planned and emergency services performed daily.
•Monitor route performance and initiate actions to maintain and improve route efficiency.
•Coordinate timely delivery of Cash in Transit (CIT), ATM, cash deposit machines (CDM), Smart cash deposit machines (SCDM), RTA, and kiosk services.
•Oversee Dubai cash operations including route/service planning, task delegation to ops supervisors, annual leave planning, and stationery requisition from banks; identify and resolve operational issues.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry with a focus on cash services.
•In-depth knowledge of ATM, cash deposit machines, Smart cash deposit machines (SCDM), and cash in transit (CIT) and VIT operations.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
•Strong proficiency in reporting, customer management, and performance management; strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
