Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an identity-centric Workforce Security solutions team to develop authentication and access management solutions.
  • •Drive identity and access development using modern security protocols and principles such as zero trust, least privileged, and defense in depth.
  • •Review and provide feedback on identity and access management security solutions proposed by stakeholders, consulting partners and IT management.
  • •Serve as a workforce cybersecurity expert across solutions including end user computing, proxy solutions, MFA/SSO, passwordless, Yubikey/biometric, identity and governance scenarios, and privileged identity management.
  • •Support operations and troubleshooting for complex identity scenarios using tools/logs such as Sentinel, KQL, and audit logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ten years of experience in information security and five years of experience as a tech lead.
  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of application or infrastructure systems architecture across multiple technologies.
  • •In-depth knowledge and experience with identity and access management, including authentication and access patterns, and modern security protocols (e.g., zero trust and least privilege).
  • •Hands-on expertise with IAM/cloud security tooling and concepts, including Entra ID/Azure and Azure AD (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, MFA, conditional access, Kerberos, LDAP), plus related security and troubleshooting experience.
