Key Responsibilities

  • •Build downstream data models from backend services to support internal reporting, machine learning and financial/regulatory use cases in the Data Warehouse.
  • •Optimise the Data Warehouse to reduce complexity and cost and improve performance.
  • •Define and manage best practices for the Data Warehouse, including payload design, data modelling, metadata and testing standards.
  • •Set standards and ways of working with data across the organisation and collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams.
  • •Monitor and improve data quality, contribute to data governance, and support pipelines including on-call duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building downstream data models in BigQuery for reporting, ML, financial and regulatory use cases; strong SQL and data modelling skills.
