Lead and develop a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while partnering with the Store Manager to drive store profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, you’ll take full responsibility for the store. Focus on sales performance against KPIs, coaching and training your team, supervising daily operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
