Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall architecture design and development for an AI Agent platform, covering orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Embed AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows, including AI coding, solution generation, test case/test report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge augmentation capabilities such as RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs for real application scenarios.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime governance and operational frameworks, including isolation/sandboxing, access control, auditability/traceability, evaluation/quality measurement, stability/reliability, and cost management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardize and productionize platform capabilities and improve delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields).
  • •8+ years delivering backend/platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale work.
  • •Recent 3 years delivering AI-related production in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong system thinking for scalable, maintainable, high-performance architectures.
  • •Proficiency in Java/Python and hands-on delivery of complex systems; practical experience with LLM/agent architecture and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and/or LangGraph; plus enterprise RAG/GraphRAG/knowledge graphs and DevOps/CI-CD/Kubernetes experience.
