Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and implement logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance.
  • •Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations with stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.
  • •Oversee logistics execution including quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
  • •Negotiate logistics provider rates and contracts and direct 3rd-party logistics costs to meet yearly budget goals.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team; drive continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities, and ensure HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced expertise in logistics management, including transportation, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant logistics experience.
  • •Proficiency in logistics software/systems to analyze data, optimize routes, and streamline warehouse operations for cost and efficiency improvements.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and negotiate contracts effectively.
