Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and related products, including checking, deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, and more.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity and outcome goals while leveraging leads, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive sales and referrals.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to attain sales and referral goals through appointments, quality conversations, and lead lists.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing) to educate clients on Key platforms.
