Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, steer, monitor, and control the P&C workers accidents portfolio to achieve profitable growth and financial targets.
  • •Develop and define underwriting strategy and guidelines for the WAC line of business, ensuring faithful execution.
  • •Manage exceptional underwriting referrals outside the SME and Midcorp Underwriters perimeter and support underwriting file reviews.
  • •Define and execute technical product and pricing development for the full WAC proposition in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • •Track macroeconomic developments (e.g., inflation) and translate them into proper portfolio management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master in an economics/business orientation.
  • •Proven track record as an Underwriter in the Workers Accidents area or experience in portfolio steering.
  • •Project management skills, including experience leading and steering projects within a large organization.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Comfort with initial experience in AI, Excel, dashboarding, and working with figures.
