Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transformation initiatives from concept through implementation and benefits realisation, including business cases, project charters, plans, and success measures.
  • •Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across complex transformation initiatives and support the broader Travel Operations agenda.
  • •Redesign organisational structures and operating frameworks, including RACI development and process redesign, to improve clarity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • •Enable intelligent operations by identifying opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation, intelligent triage, decision-support, workflow orchestration, and self-service capabilities.
  • •Strengthen KPIs, reporting, and operational insights; lead change and adoption activities to drive successful outcomes across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in transformation, operations, continuous improvement, change management, or business improvement roles.
  • •Proven delivery of business transformation initiatives and operational improvement programs.
  • •Strong analytical skills to turn data into meaningful action and drive optimisation.
  • •Experience developing business cases, project plans, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • •Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes across diverse teams.
