Job Summary

Lead and govern multiple concurrent complex client projects, taking initiatives from original concept through final implementation and transition to operations. Drive delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and end-to-end project execution across scope, budget, risks, and benefits. Manage steering committees, executive reviews, contractors, documentation, change requests, and stakeholder communications, while ensuring compliance and quality assurance with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall project direction and governance for complex, concurrent client projects.
•Oversee end-to-end delivery across scope, budget, risks, and benefits while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
•Manage contractors and ensure successful implementation, stabilization, and transition to business operations.
•Facilitate stakeholder management, including executive status updates, decision-making, issue resolution, and clear communications.
•Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with policies/standards, and manage change requests, scope changes, and documentation.
•Drive quality assurance activities in collaboration with technical teams.

Key Requirements

•PMP certification is mandatory.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in project/program management.
•Demonstrated client engagement experience and understanding of the project life cycle.
•Strong background in governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and managing IT infrastructure and applications projects.
