Lead the strategic portfolio of AI models that power fast, production-grade inference. Own the models roadmap, day0 launch partnerships with top labs, and relationships with open-source maintainers. Orchestrate cross-functional launches and create technical marketing content (demos, tutorials, documentation) that accelerates adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the models roadmap by deciding which frontier and open-source models to support based on market demand, research trends, and strategic fit.
•Establish partnerships with top model labs for day0 launches and build relationships with open-source maintainers to accelerate community adoption.
•Define and enforce quality standards across the model catalog using systematic evaluation frameworks, including designing benchmarks and evaluations.
•Own the customer feedback loop by gathering customer insights, identifying model weaknesses, and driving improvements with engineering.
•Lead go-to-market model launches and create technical product marketing (demos, benchmarks, tutorials, documentation) and developer-focused technical content.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a product manager, currently at or above the level of Senior PM.
•5+ years of total technical work experience (e.g., SWE, ML researcher, solution engineer).
•Knowledge and passion for open-source models and generative AI research.
•Knowledge of the community model ecosystem, including PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, and SGLang.
•Comfortable using Python with the chat completions API for basic model testing.
