Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble switchboards/panelboards in the Chassis area using drawings/diagrams/blueprints and bill of materials/order entry information.
  • •Select and install components using hand and power tools while following established procedures.
  • •Perform visual inspections before and after assembly, identify nonconforming parts, and troubleshoot assembly errors.
  • •Maintain job progress and communicate problem areas, part shortages, or delays.
  • •Comply with safety policies and 5S duties; support cross-training/coverage and continuous improvement/root-cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates residing within a 50 mile radius of the Sumter facility will be considered.
  • •Experience in complex assembly operations or assembly requiring drawings/diagrams.
  • •Ability to read and comprehend front views, one-line diagrams, bills of material, and related manufacturing information.
