Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect process parameters and log them in the SPC system to monitor manufacturing
  • •Refill machine inputs when needed according to product specifications (e.g., resin, pigment) approved by the customer
  • •Assist the machine setup technician with process corrections to ensure quality and record in the Standard sheet
  • •Follow the daily lubrication schedule for designated equipment areas to prevent wear and product contamination
  • •Support Operators I and II during shifts (including meals/cafes) and assist with end-of-shift scrap weighing and removal

Key Requirements

  • •Complete high school and technical education in progress
  • •Technical background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Plastics Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or related fields
  • •Ability to understand and apply BPF (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • •Basic knowledge of mechanics
  • •Basic understanding of computers/informatics
