•Work with state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers.
•Follow production schedules and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.
•Maintain safe work practices using appropriate protective equipment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
•Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to excessive weather conditions and use safety equipment (e.g., goggles/face shield, gloves, mask, protective garments).
