Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate sensitive meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements; influence outcomes in complex terminations.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality; coordinate compliance activities and audits.
  • •Handle first-level employee relations cases, conduct preliminary assessments, coordinate stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment/industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (additional languages are a plus) and strong automation and AI fluency.
