Key Responsibilities

•Own Circle’s market intelligence, brand presence, and ecosystem growth across Indonesia.
•Gather intelligence across DeFi, crypto capital markets, payments, remittances, and institutional use cases.
•Identify market participants and respond to inbound partnership inquiries without active solicitation in jurisdictions requiring applicable licenses.
•Partner cross-functionally to relay market feedback and support compliant ecosystem engagement, including partnership launch coordination where appropriate.
•Support engagement with regulators and ecosystem stakeholders and track/report regulatory developments to inform regional strategy.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in business development and market expansion.
•Proven experience driving growth, revenue, or transaction volume in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure businesses.
•Demonstrated ability to win market share by converting customers from competing platforms/rails or growing first movers.
•Strong commercial instincts focused on action, execution, and measurable outcomes.
•Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product, and technical teams to close and scale complex partnerships.
