Key Responsibilities

  • •Own contract lifecycle delivery for the Region perimeter and ensure contractual compliance across the contract lifecycle.
  • •Lead negotiation strategy and provide commercial/legal recommendations, including drafting, revising, and negotiating contractual documents.
  • •Manage contract risks and ensure governance processes are followed; maintain auditable contract documentation and reporting.
  • •Support contractual matters throughout project execution, including handling deviations via notices, waivers, amendments, claims, and clarification requests.
  • •Coordinate compliance and governance activities (e.g., third-party screenings), provide legal intelligence to stakeholders, and interface with external counsel when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced academic background in Law, Contract Management, Business, or related field at Master’s level with a specialization in Law.
  • •10 years of demonstrated experience as a legal counsel in an international, multinational-company legal department context.
  • •Strong analytical and synthesis skills to assess situations accurately and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • •Expertise in third-party review (third-party screening) techniques and ability to conduct compliance analyses.
  • •Full mastery of IT tools and data exchange platforms, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
