Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and strengthen a security culture across the organization.
  • •Identify, analyze, and forecast potential threats to the company, employees, customers, products, and processes.
  • •Support local operational teams for physical, logical, and organizational security.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal/external security requirements and standards (including ISO27001 and related client/security policies) and coordinate internal/external security audits.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve security processes, practices, and policies, and lead the security team and awareness programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a Director of Security or similar corporate security role.
  • •Experience managing a team and building engagement and motivation.
  • •B2+ English and fluent Polish, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate security and risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Practical knowledge of information security management systems, IT networks and infrastructure, and experience with physical security management systems.
  • •Higher education in business administration, technology, security, or related fields; CISSP/CISM/CISA certifications are a plus.
