Site HR Business Partner - Northgate, Manufacturing

Partner with site leadership and frontline people leaders to deliver people priorities aligned to business strategy at a Northgate manufacturing site. Provide hands-on HR advice and coaching across employee relations, performance, attendance, capability, and people management. Build a visible onsite HR presence, support workforce planning and hiring outcomes, and contribute to KHMS people initiatives using people insights and data. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence on key programs and talent processes.
