Job Summary

Lead Instacart’s credit and collections activities for its B2B retailer and ads portfolio within the CAO organization. Key Responsibilities

•Own credit and collections activity for the B2B retailer and ads portfolio.
•Directly manage a remote collections team of collectors and credit analysts across FTE and BPO resources, including coaching and performance management.
•Build and scale credit risk frameworks by conducting credit reviews, establishing credit terms/limits, and applying credit analysis (including bankruptcy knowledge) to reduce delinquency and write-offs.
•Ensure SOX compliance by documenting key controls and executing audit activities on schedule according to public-company financial controllership standards.
•Improve AR close cycles and reporting through monthly reconciliations, flux analyses, and continuous process improvement using technology and automation where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,000 - 153,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or related finance operations, including 2–3 years in a people leadership role.
•Demonstrated success managing and developing teams with goal-setting, performance management, and ongoing employee development.
•Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across business units.
•Solid understanding of SOX key controls, audit requirements, and financial controllership standards.
•Strong analytical skills, including financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment, plus experience with AR operational approvals such as credit limits and payment plans.
