  • •Lead the design, implementation, and governance of centralized enterprise semantic layers for unified metrics, data lineage, and self-service BI reporting.
  • •Oversee development of advanced data models and architectures using dbt to enable governance and dashboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience directly managing, motivating, and retaining high-performing technical teams in data engineering, analytics, or BI.
  • •Hands-on expertise with dbt, SQL, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and enterprise data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
  • •Experience building centralized semantic layers and supporting enterprise BI platforms (Looker preferred).
  • •Familiarity with incorporating AI tools such as natural language processing or predictive models into BI frameworks.
