Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult clients on technical architecture, value proposition, and integration of Value-Added Services products.
  • •Lead client consultations to design, tailor, and refine solutions to meet client business needs.
  • •Serve as a technical subject matter expert for both external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage communication, expectations, and risk with senior stakeholders across Visa and client organizations.
  • •Design and deliver training and create/maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture and design materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional fluency in Japanese and English.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT consulting, project management, systems integration, sales engineering, presales and/or business development with increasing responsibility.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to read and work with system specifications and architecture and general understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Web Services, C/C++), operating systems (e.g., Unix, Linux, Windows), and commercial software.
  • •Familiarity with payment processing infrastructure and acceptance-related technologies (e.g., merchant storefront, shopping cart technologies, fraud prevention) is a plus.
