Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness and conduct visual inspections with correct condition codes (A–H).
  • •Identify, segregate, and properly tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate entries into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) and support inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
  • •Maintain accountability throughout the turn-in process, including support for audits and Property Accountability Reviews, and safely store equipment and operate MHE as required.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience in an Army or contractor environment.
  • •Familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations and Army supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Experience entering and maintaining records in Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
  • •Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) and apply equipment condition coding.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain Tier 1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
