Job Summary

Senior Landscape Architect/Planner role leading landscape design and LVIA assessments for major urban and mixed-use projects across Bristol, Cardiff, and Exeter. You’ll guide projects through LI/RIBA stages, work BIM Level 2, manage client relationships, lead bids, and mentor juniors within a collaborative UK-wide team.

Key Responsibilities

•Be an integral part of a vibrant, ambitious and friendly team and lead on landscape design projects.
•Lead Landscape Architecture/Landscape Planner tasks including Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
•Deliver landscape and urban design projects through LI/RIBA stages, generally in a BIM Level 2 environment.
•Support development of client relationships in public and private sectors and assist in bid preparation.
•Lead, manage and delegate project work to junior team members and engage in client workshops and stakeholder events.

Key Requirements

•Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
•Postgraduate Diploma / Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
•Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
•Established track record delivering landscape and urban design projects from site analysis to detailed design for planning and construction.
•Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley and Adobe Creative Suite.
