Lead daily operations and end-to-end project management for TikTok Local Services livestreaming products. Partner with product and business teams to develop and launch livestreaming capabilities, improve conversion efficiency, and scale business impact. Own GTM strategy and on-site support plans for key features and campaigns, translate frontline VOC and merchant pain points into actionable product solutions, and build issue-tracking, feedback loops, and data monitoring to drive continuous optimization.

•Oversee daily operations and manage projects for TikTok Local Services livestreaming products.
•Collaborate with product and business teams to develop and implement livestreaming capabilities, improving conversion efficiency and business scale.
•Bridge business and product teams by investigating frontline operations, identifying merchant/agency/user pain points, and translating them into product solutions.
•Manage the end-to-end launch lifecycle for new livestreaming features and key campaigns, including GTM strategies and on-site support plans.
•Build issue-tracking and feedback mechanisms and establish data monitoring to analyze livestreaming funnel metrics and drive continuous iteration and growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles in consumer internet, e-commerce, or tech.
•Hands-on experience driving tech projects and managing product features from ideation to rollout, including GTM strategy execution.
•Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable results under tight deadlines.
•Excellent professional English communication to influence within a fast-paced, highly matrixed global environment.
