Own people-related HR activities for the engineering and DT teams in Collins India, and lead a team of HR professionals (7 Employee Partners) across Bengaluru and Hyderabad. •Accountable for all people actions for the engineering and DT teams in the Collins India organization.

•Drive a high-performance HR culture.
•Enable change, cultural alignment, and manager empowerment.
