Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with NPI teams to support production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites and implement process improvements.
  • •Drive compliance to DFx requirements for robust signal integrity performance across layout, mechanical components, and assembly procedures.
  • •Develop and deliver system-level manufacturing test specifications to ensure required HW coverage, quality, and product requirements.
  • •Qualify alternate components and drive BOM updates.
  • •Optimize and continuously improve manufacturing screen/specification processes to minimize waste and meet test time, yield, and DPPM requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS degree in EE/CE/IE/ME or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals with knowledge of GPU/CPU development, system architecture, and high-speed interconnects, memory (HBM, GDDR), and server RAS features.
  • •Knowledgeable in statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
  • •Ability to work independently, drive projects with minimal direction, and communicate clearly to meet quality and cost objectives.
