Associate Director, Clearing Operations

Lead end-to-end back-office clearing and settlement across retail and institutional businesses, supporting timely and accurate processing from DTC functions to trade exception management. Oversee ACAT and non-ACAT transfer processing, reconciliations across internal books and depositories, and fail/obligation warehouse workflows while maintaining SEC/FINRA/DTCC compliance. Partner cross-functionally to improve controls, automate processes, and ensure audit-ready documentation in Webull’s self-clearing environment.
