Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain ARR/NRR dashboards and pipeline health metrics for Go-to-Market teams and leadership in Iberia
•Forecast revenue, plan quotas, and coordinate with BU leaders to ensure regional GTM coverage
•Partner with Sellers, Customer Success and Renewals to identify at-risk accounts and support churn prevention and expansion
•Communicate new internal processes and policy changes clearly to GTM teams across the region
•Enable sales through data-driven insights and CRM hygiene to support retention and growth

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based enterprise business
•Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365) and Salesforce or equivalent CRM; proven ability to design and build reports and dashboards
•Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau or equivalent BI tooling; familiarity with revenue forecasting platforms
•Fluency in Spanish & English; Portuguese is a significant advantage; additional languages are a plus
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to navigate complexity and deliver decision-ready insights for senior leaders
