Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Yield Enhancement group to improve yield and reliability.
  • •Design and evaluate experiments to optimize your designated module.
  • •Ensure SWRs meet objectives and are handled properly through completion.
  • •Collect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increase yields.
  • •Own inline process control spec limits and partner with IE/PEE/Production to balance yield, output, and process issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or PhD in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years of process integration, yield enhancement, and/or relevant fab process module experience (strongly preferred).
  • •DRAM process integration experience (preferred).
  • •Intermediate knowledge of probe, backend, and reliability.
  • •Advanced understanding of Fab statistical process controls and device physics for interpreting parametric data.
