Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform client-related operational activities for Private Banking/IM&T businesses independently within established guidelines.
  • •Build understanding of firm products/processes and fiduciary risk responsibilities as it relates to trust account funding, administration, and closing.
  • •Process client requests using IM&T policies and procedures; perform independent client callbacks when required.
  • •Ensure all required documents are present and accurate and that required approvals are obtained; report/process administration as needed.
  • •Support account funding and transactional activity, cost basis adjustments and IRS Transfer Statement requirements, court accountings, account closings, and special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of financial services experience, preferably with exposure to trust operations, private banking, or customer service.
  • •Preferred 4-year college degree; major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics desired.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with strong execution and independent work skills.
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary risk preferred and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
