Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a high-performing work-winning team (6 professionals) and ensure accountability for project outcomes.
•Own and shape a multi-year pipeline of strategically important opportunities and monitor ROI and metrics.
•Oversee quality and governance of bid delivery, facilitate reviews, and drive improvements to maximize win rates.
•Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver actionable insights to inform business planning and strategy.
•Embed best-practice methods across capture and bid delivery, standardise qualification, planning and execution, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record leading a bid/work-winning function in infrastructure, engineering or built environment with accountability for outcomes.
•Experience developing, mentoring, and line-managing a high-performing team.
•Strategic ability to translate business goals into actionable work-winning plans and ensure focus on strategic outcomes.
•Strong stakeholder influence with senior leaders to shape key decisions and bid strategies.
•Extensive bid management expertise including leading major bids and applying work-winning methodologies; APMP certification is desirable.
