Key Responsibilities

  • •Own reliability, uptime, and scalability of critical production services and ensure consistent high performance for distributed messaging platforms.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation to respond to incidents, troubleshoot live production issues, and lead post-incident analysis.
  • •Build operational playbooks and escalation paths; improve MTTD/MTTR through SLO monitoring, chaos testing, and capacity planning.
  • •Architect, implement, and manage infrastructure across AWS, OCI, and OpenStack; optimize cloud resources for performance, security, and cost.
  • •Manage Kubernetes clusters and production systems (messaging/caching and MySQL/PostgreSQL), including disaster recovery planning and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of hands-on production experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
  • •Strong expertise managing AWS, OCI, or OpenStack cloud environments in production.
  • •Deep knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystems (EKS, OKE, Rancher RKE2).
  • •Proven experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and production-grade MySQL/PostgreSQL, plus expert scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Go).
