Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a positive, creative environment for the Production department and Venue.
  • •Complete and distribute a daily show flash (P&L) for every event.
  • •Maintain department manuals and training materials; train/assist production personnel as needed.
  • •Create and maintain daily/weekly show schedules, coordinate staffing with the Production Manager, and keep labor costs within budget guidelines.
  • •Oversee maintenance and safe operation of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems; manage equipment repairs and maintain vendor records.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior production experience in an entertainment venue.
