Production Coordinator - Ace of Spades

Coordinate day-to-day production for live events, ensuring the Production department and Venue run smoothly. Prepare and distribute daily show flash reporting, maintain manuals, training materials, schedules, inventory, and maintenance logs, and track budgets and labor costs. Support production personnel, help manage stage/sound/lighting crews, oversee equipment maintenance, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and maintain vendor and past-show records.
