•Lead the winning and delivery of civil infrastructure projects to high standard, on time and within budget
•Mentor and coach junior engineers and build strong client relationships
•Source and pursue opportunities to develop new service offerings and grow CI/Industrial capabilities
•Collaborate with Local Government, mining and infrastructure clients to deliver multi-discipline projects
•Travel and be mobile as needed to support Mackay office and project sites
