Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, while providing a positive customer experience as part of the “Hauler-Life.” Load and unload vehicles, perform vehicle/hauler inspections, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Drive safely with a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV policies. Work rotating schedules across 7 days a week and meet role licensing/notary requirements.
