Key Responsibilities

  • •Control batch plant production and load-out by batching concrete per specifications and dispatch/loading instructions.
  • •Schedule and ensure timely delivery of supplies to support dispatch operations.
  • •Perform safe batching operations while complying with local, state, federal, environmental, and air quality regulations.
  • •Print invoice tickets for each truck/load, file them, and provide invoice copies to truck drivers for customer payment.
  • •Maintain plant equipment and perform maintenance and repairs (including greasing, cleaning, removing jam-ups, and welding) and maintain time and material records.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Ability to batch concrete according to specifications and read dispatch orders.
  • •CDL Class A or B.
  • •Ability and willingness to pass ACI level 1 certification within six months.
