Ready Mix Plant Operator & Maintenance Technician

Operate and control production and load-out at the batch plant by batching concrete per specifications, reading dispatch orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Maintain safe, efficient plant equipment condition through routine maintenance and repairs, including cleaning and resolving jams. Manage required paperwork such as invoice tickets and time/material records, support quality control processes, and work with batching/dispatching and quality software while traveling locally and completing required safety and testing expectations.
