Customer Sales Associate

Serve as the trusted advisor for customers at Trane Supply stores, helping resolve parts and equipment issues and delivering high-quality parts and solutions on time. Drive sales by partnering with customers, identifying related products/add-ons, and keeping up with product knowledge, offerings, and promotions. Manage order processing, quotes, invoices, and fulfillment accurately, while supporting inventory/warehouse tasks as needed and interacting with customers by phone and in person.
