Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full system integration from specification through end of installation, covering both technical and operational aspects of the tool integration process.
  • •Test and troubleshoot sub-assemblies and systems; perform complex operational/functional tests, calibrations, verification, and troubleshooting.
  • •Perform in-house customer acceptance tests and travel to customer sites to install and support tools.
  • •Establish and maintain customer relationships and resolve production technical issues on-site, including operation, repair, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • •Follow documentation and safety procedures, identify and resolve problems individually or with a team, and assist with procedural/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible for full system integration to meet specifications, delivery, and quality through end of installation.
  • •Test and troubleshoot modules and fully integrate systems, including performing in-house customer acceptance tests and traveling to customer sites for installation support.
  • •Follow and complete documentation procedures for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and pursue procedural, safety, and process improvements.
  • •Evaluate system quality, performance, and configuration issues; resolve problems and provide on-site production technical support and equipment operation, repair, maintenance, and upgrades.
