Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate broking and manage renewals in line with service model standards and timelines.
  • •Negotiate with clients and carrier/wholesale partners, manage difficult placement scenarios, and collaborate on alternatives and solutions.
  • •Compile and analyze carrier quotes, respond to carrier queries, and present marketing process summaries and recommendations.
  • •Prepare detailed coverage and policy comparisons, diagnostics, and consolidated analyses, letters, and reports.
  • •Oversee accuracy of client and policy information in Epic, use data and analytics for program insight, and mentor team members.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum seven years insurance experience.
  • •P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong leadership and portfolio management skills, including coaching/mentoring team members.
