Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the direction for current and future CMOS technology for the NAND Memory Technology Roadmap
  • •Work with design teams to set electrical targets, define transistor structures, and optimize transistor model targeting
  • •Define and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations and coordinate with TCAD simulation strategies
  • •Ensure developed technology is manufacturable with high yield by defining test structures and addressing reliability requirements
  • •Interface with manufacturing to debug yield/reliability issues and mentor less experienced colleagues

Key Requirements

  • •CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization experience
  • •Experience developing advanced logic transistor technologies
  • •Experience with analog FETs operating at higher voltages

  • •Experience with Design Technology Co Optimization (DTCO), Electrical Characterization, and PDK/VDL development
