Job Summary

Lead delivery of non-nuclear civil infrastructure projects within the Energy & Natural Resources division, managing General Contractors, programme, cost and risk, while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes for roads, utilities, buildings and enabling works.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate delivery of civil works packages.
•Manage General Contractors, performance and site progress.
•Control project scope, schedule, cost, and risk; administer contracts and change control.
•Engage stakeholders, including internal teams and local authorities; ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory and quality requirements.
•Monitor delivery, resolve issues and drive programme milestones.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
•Working towards a professional qualification (MCIOB / APM or similar).
•Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
•Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
•Will be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
