Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate delivery of civil works packages.
  • •Manage General Contractors, performance and site progress.
  • •Control project scope, schedule, cost, and risk; administer contracts and change control.
  • •Engage stakeholders, including internal teams and local authorities; ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory and quality requirements.
  • •Monitor delivery, resolve issues and drive programme milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
  • •Working towards a professional qualification (MCIOB / APM or similar).
  • •Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
  • •Will be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
