HOPPER CAPTAIN

Supervise and guide dredger operations by leading day-to-day management of the vessel, production, and crew. Take final responsibility for operational management covering both nautical and dredging process activities, coordinating with project management and teams. Prioritize onboard safety, communicate safety and environmental plans, lead meetings/drills, investigate incidents, and ensure maintenance, quality controls, and waste treatment are handled correctly to support reliable production and operational hours.
