Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product strategy and roadmap for the prior authorization connectivity pillar, including EHR integrations, payer connectivity, and document exchange.
  • •Direct customer success and voice-of-customer outcomes by defining and enforcing connectivity standards that eliminate manual reconciliation or re-uploading.
  • •Set product and technical standards for data interfaces (X12 278, FHIR API, CDS Hooks, Da Vinci IGs) across EHRs and corresponding EDM systems.
  • •Direct cross-functional delivery by prioritizing integration engineering work and partnering on staffing, sequencing, and delivery.
  • •Own product operations and governance, including documentation, implementation guides, success-criteria definitions, and performance measurement via analytics and experiments.
