Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a small delivery team and own the technical execution of what the team ships, including writing code.
  • •Own features end to end: analyze requirements, design solutions, implement, test, and ship.
  • •Proactively improve code quality (codebase weaknesses, test coverage, and development process) and resolve production defects with root-cause analysis.
  • •Apply secure coding practices, surface vulnerabilities in code reviews, and fix security issues as they arise.
  • •Translate product requirements into delivery plans, run design and code reviews, set technical direction, surface blockers/risks early, and develop engineers through pairing and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •5–10 years of software development experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in at least one of: Java, C#/F# (.NET), C++, Python, or TypeScript with React/Angular/Node.js.
  • •Own the full development cycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
  • •Debug production software and trace root causes across multiple components or layers, coordinating delivery work with a team (even informally).
