Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, and maintain Software House CCure 9000 access control systems, including cardholder databases, access levels, schedules, and security policies.
  • •Configure and maintain controllers, readers, door hardware, and related input/output devices; monitor system health and perform corrective maintenance.
  • •Integrate CCure 9000 with video management systems, intrusion detection systems, visitor management platforms, and other security technologies.
  • •Investigate and resolve access control incidents and system outages; support security investigations using access event reporting and audit logs.
  • •Collaborate with IT to support network connectivity and infrastructure; coordinate software upgrades, patch/firmware updates, backups, and disaster recovery, and support security project implementation.
