Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, and maintain Software House CCure 9000 access control systems, including cardholder databases, access levels, schedules, clearances, and security policies.
  • •Manage access control infrastructure and components (controllers, readers, door hardware, input/output devices), monitor system health, and troubleshoot/correct issues.
  • •Integrate CCure 9000 with video management, intrusion detection, visitor management, and other security technologies; support monitoring, alarms, automated workflows, and testing/validation.
  • •Investigate and resolve access control incidents and system outages using access event reporting, audit logs, and system analysis; perform routine system audits and maintain procedures/documentation.
  • •Coordinate installation and project activities (commissioning/acceptance testing/turnover), software upgrades/patching/firmware updates, backups, and disaster recovery support.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security Systems, Engineering, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.
  • •Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Software House CCure 9000.
  • •Strong understanding of access control systems, security hardware/field devices, IP networking fundamentals, and physical security operations.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise-level security environments and supporting investigations through access event reporting and audit logs.
