Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up injection molding machines for operation, change materials and color, and review production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • •Start up machines, monitor quality at start up, and make machine adjustments while documenting appropriately.
  • •Respond to QA Techs and alarms/requests to correct machine malfunctions and packer/handler problems.
  • •Oversee packaging procedures, scrap inspection to prevent usable product being ground, and record scrap numbers.
  • •Follow lockout/tagout procedures, coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance, and maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
