Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles, including intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and offer presentation.
  • •Attract, engage, and select high-quality talent using sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • •Maintain relationships with third parties involved in recruitment, including colleges/universities, job boards, and external recruiters/agencies.
  • •Collaborate with the TA team to set up new and improve existing recruitment and hiring processes.
  • •Perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-changing high-volume environment, ideally within food manufacturing, warehouse, or production.
  • •Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities while delivering consistently high service levels.
  • •Strong talent acquisition/recruitment fundamentals, including pipelining passive candidates, employer branding, and sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
  • •Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive candidate information.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and HRIS/ATS tools (Workday and Greenhouse).
