Key Responsibilities

•Lead territory/regional sales targets and profit achievement, aligning with regional business goals.
•Plan and implement regional initiatives to drive sales, including monitoring ATV, UPT, and conversions and executing targeted trade marketing in stores.
•Develop and execute a multi-channel concept retail strategy to grow the region, including ecommerce contribution.
•Oversee category management and stock availability across stores, ensuring the right product mix and pricing strategies.
•Coach and empower Area Managers/Store Managers, drive localization, and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Requirements

•Minimum graduate with strong retail experience managing teams, geography, and online channels.
•Arabic – able to communicate (KSA/Oman); English – advanced (read, write, speak).
•Minimum 5 years of regional management experience and 3 years of store operations experience.
