Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead territory/regional sales targets and profit achievement, aligning with regional business goals.
  • •Plan and implement regional initiatives to drive sales, including monitoring ATV, UPT, and conversions and executing targeted trade marketing in stores.
  • •Develop and execute a multi-channel concept retail strategy to grow the region, including ecommerce contribution.
  • •Oversee category management and stock availability across stores, ensuring the right product mix and pricing strategies.
  • •Coach and empower Area Managers/Store Managers, drive localization, and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum graduate with strong retail experience managing teams, geography, and online channels.
  • •Arabic – able to communicate (KSA/Oman); English – advanced (read, write, speak).
  • •Minimum 5 years of regional management experience and 3 years of store operations experience.
